Terms of use

Bookings through Shows

Shows arranges every booking made on this site. Requesters agree a booking with Shows, and Pros agree a performance with Shows. Requesters and Pros do not contract with each other.

Requests and quotes

A request does not create an obligation. A booking exists only when the quote is accepted, both contracts are signed by all parties and the full payment is received by the due date.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Amounts are in naira. The contract for each booking sets its cancellation and refund terms.

Pro profiles

Pros are responsible for the accuracy of their profile. Shows reviews profiles and may decline, pause or remove a storefront.

Reviews

Only requesters with a completed booking can review that Pro. Shows may hide reviews that break these terms.
