What we collect

For requests: your name, email, phone number and event details. For Pros: profile details, photos, videos and payout bank details. Sign-in is handled by your Shows account.

Who sees it

Shows staff see your details to arrange the booking. Pros see event details but not requester names or contact details. Requesters do not see Pro contact details.

Identity documents

When Shows asks a Pro to verify their identity, the documents are stored encrypted and deleted 90 days after the decision, so a decision can be checked or appealed. We keep only the decision and a masked document number.

Signed contracts and payments

Signed contracts and payment records are kept after an account is closed. Other personal details are removed.
